Push someone up----扶植他人 Then Blessings come down on you.

This great speech was addressed by Joel Osteen Pastor in Lakewook church.

"I want to talk to you today about Push People Up. ... these are people they are put in our path so we can help them, so we can show them our favor, so we can bring them to the new level ... we won't go higher until we help them to go higher. God are waiting us to sow the seeds. If you can push them up and help them success this is all connected. The higher they go the higher you are going to to. If you help those to fulfill their dreams God will help you to fulfill your dreams. On purpose God will put people in your life. .... you may not realize these people will connect with your life. If you take time to invest these, to encourage them, use your influence to push them up. Just like the Ecclesiastes 11:1 Give and your gifts will come back to you. This means, when you give favor, you will get favor. If you use your influence to open the door for others, you will get more influence and people will open the door for you. If you help others to get better, others will help you to get better... who are you that you push up? who are you that you invest in? Who are you promoting? who are you helping their dreams? ... if you see all the people make me to who I am today, you will see them stand all over the platform. ... the fact is that non of us got to where we are by ourselves, somebody pushes us up, someone makes sacrifice so we can go farther ... you may said Joel I weren't raised in a good environment like you, maybe not, but you can't be far along you are if no someone helps you out there... well my father left at my early age, maybe so, but your mother stepped up she worked twice hard to get everything you needed it... your grand, grand mom you never see she prays her seeds to be blessed. 上星期有一公文希望各單位對全職碩博士及短期進修提出未來五年的需求計劃, 但經辦的人自己對進修沒有意願或不符合資格, 居然沒人動手為將來的師資需要寫報告, 也許幾年之後他們不在目前的位子上, 有沒有好的師資對他們不重要, 但是學校必需要永續經營為下一代著想, 沒有培訓計劃師資短缺將日益嚴重, 以後的人要如何接手呢? 即使是幫未來的人鋪路, 無關自身利益, 我還是決定花約一星期的時間將需求報告寫妥上呈, 以利以後的人有機會可以進修.
