2012美國空軍軍官學校參訪
這是第二次到美國空軍軍官學校,想起十三年前第一次的美 空官參訪或許是協調不夠,飛了萬哩結果卻是不得其門 而入,只能在開放的校園參觀。但這次正式受邀補救了我第 一次去美空官的遺憾;從接機到離境全部的活動均由專人負 責,所有國際活動台灣也獲准一齊參與,由此已可見台灣外 交的顯著改善。但過程中還是有些遺憾,例如與往例一樣( 十三年前亦是如此)台灣代表團成員不得穿著軍服,當來自 20幾個國家的空軍軍官及軍校生齊聚一堂,台灣代表團卻 穿著便服只能強忍異樣眼光忍辱負重地進行交流。我想今年 我代表台灣去最大的貢獻,就是從今年起台灣代表團受邀成 員也可以同其他國一樣穿著英挺的軍裝。第二個哩程碑應該 是自1960後台灣也可以以日本與韓國的模式甄選至美國 空軍軍官學校教書。這是我個人感覺第二個重大貢獻,經過 50年,半個世紀之後,終於有中華民國軍官可以再度在全 世界公認最佳的軍事學府任教。希望上級單位能夠立即與美 方上級單位商談。第三個貢獻是只要有國旗的地方就不能獨 缺中華民國國旗,讓青天白日滿地紅的美麗國旗飄揚在美國 空軍軍官學校的閱兵廣場上。我很感動我們赴美空官的交換 學生能不畏被責難的風險,毅然而然地也將我們國家的國旗 插在美國國土的閱兵台上,不僅讓其它國家代表團看見,也 讓美空官所有學生看見中華民國國旗一起與世界各國旗幟美 麗地飄揚在蔚藍的天空中。短短五天能完成的任務有限,還 望爾後的代表團繼續為中華民國空軍爭取更多的交流。最後以美空官老鷹雕像下的格言與大家戶相勉勵 :Man's flight through life is sustained by the power of his knowledge.

桃園機場需要第三條跑道嗎?
從投資的角度,最基本的原則物盡其用以及降低成本. 美國機場設計對跑道有極其專業的計算,以瞭解各種跑道類型每小時的最大容量Runway Hour Capacity. 我質疑第三條跑道的必要性. 花數十億蓋新跑道, 以目前的營運分析來看, 似乎投資效益真的不大.

以前某一年因石油上漲,俞國華將油價上漲兩元,蔣經國立即約見俞國華,指示他僅能調漲一元。
雙方發生爭執,俞以政府保本為由,力主不能調回。
蔣則說:「一個失去民心的政府還保什麼本!如果你不執行就回去好了!因為這不是錢的問題,而是人民對政府的信任!」

The submission of my thesis
Following comments on my thesis, I have revised it several times till it looks fine. Meanwhile, I must give highly appreciation to my supervisors for their good supervision. They never give any destructive comments, but glad to see my progress in the study. The whole paper will be submitted soon this month. I posted papers on the blog, and my studies have drawn readers' attention to the field of education. Thank you for your reading.

再忍耐一下
因博士論文指導老師邀請大師級學者Prof. Wedell擔任審查委員,所以論文務求盡善盡美,將一直修改至八月底. 邀請大師級學者Prof. Wedell擔任審查委員的用意極其深遠,畢竟這樣的背書不只肯定學生也肯定老師的能力. 希望一切順利圓滿. 再忍耐一下吧!!!
